My Master’s degree in Economics shapes how I look beyond the asking price. Buyers need the full payment, repair exposure, insurance and future resale considerations. Sellers need comparable sales, competing listings and the cost of waiting. I explain what is verified and what still needs checking.
Experience & professional training
My HAR profile lists training in home marketing, pricing, negotiation and HAR Contract Pro, together with Certified Relocation Specialist and Coldwell Banker President’s Elite recognition. I put that training to work in pricing analysis, negotiations and transaction coordination.
Relocation is more than a contract
A move involves work, commuting, school enrollment, temporary housing and the day you receive keys. We start with your circumstances, narrow the search areas and make a plan. For remote purchases, I help coordinate tours and inspections while decisions remain grounded in documents and independent checks.
My Houston
I serve as Vice President of the Houston Slavic Association and host monthly “Let’s Meet with Oksana Bogott” gatherings for Russian-speaking women. I value a community with roots in Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Armenia and many other countries.
